As a Systems Engineer oversee the maintenance and support of servers, storage and other network components. You must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and a proven background in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.

You must be able to work in a logical and methodical manner, particularly when problem solving and be able to learn specialist software packages without guidance.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of virtualisation technology, Office365 and be able to communicate and work effectively with staff at all levels.

Previous experience of troubleshooting network issues in an office based environment and demonstrating a commitment to providing outstanding customer service is essential.
