Description

As a Service Desk Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for processing incoming service requests from users and to co-ordinate timely service delivery with the Technical Service Desk staff while keeping users informed of the progress of their request. You must be able to work on your own initiative, and use your problem solving and analytical skills to provide solutions.

The posts will be based at our Headquarters in Shrewsbury. We offer a modern working environment in our new Headquarters; 37 hour working week; 23 days holiday entitlement plus Bank Holidays and additional discretionary days as determined by the Authority.
