Working in the Service Development Department, you will be part of a small team of system administrators who will be responsible for maintaining electronic departmental information systems.
The post holder’s primary focus will be to provide training, advice and guidance on the use of the Service’s electronic Human Resource and Training System (ResourceLink). You will also work with your team members to provide a corporate support for all information systems.
With a good understanding of the HR and Training team function, you will work to implement solutions that improve efficiency for system users.
This role requires excellent IT skills, with a logical and analytical approach to critically challenge current systems and processes. You will have a willingness to adapt and embrace new ways of working, using your good communication skills to support managers to implement these changes.
