Description

We are looking for team players with a hands-on approach to provide excellent customer service to our users. This includes the ability to train groups or individuals with varying technical skills.

As an ICT Technician you will undertake first-line fault diagnosis and carry out routine monitoring and maintenance of all ICT systems and hardware.  You must be able to work in a logical and methodical manner, particularly when problem solving and be able to learn new products independently.

The successful candidate will have a good all round knowledge of hardware and software and be able to communicate with staff with varying ICT expertise. Previous experience of carrying out a support role and demonstrating good levels of customer service would be an advantage.
