We are looking for team players with a hands-on approach to provide excellent customer service to our users. This includes the ability to train groups or individuals with varying technical skills.  All posts will also participate in an out-of-hours standby rota for which a supplement is payable.

As an ICT Officer you will oversee the maintenance and support of servers, storage and other network components.  You must be proficient in latest versions of Microsoft operating systems for clients and servers including Exchange, Lync and System Centre and IP-networks.

The posts will be based at our Headquarters in Shrewsbury. We offer a modern working environment in our new Headquarters; 37 hour working week; 23 days holiday entitlement plus Bank Holidays and additional discretionary days as determined by the Authority.
