Applications are sought for a temporary vacancy which has arisen within the Development Team to cover maternity leave. The position is expected to last for 12 months unless the substantive post holder returns from maternity leave prior to this.
We currently deliver a variety of NVQ’s through our Approved Centre and are looking for a creative and self motivated individual to join our training and development team to offer guidance and support to staff in the acquisition and maintenance of vocational competences and NVQ’s.
The successful applicant will possess a suitable qualification such as an NVQ at Level 3 or equivalent in Learning and Development or Administration, and hold or be working towards, an Assessor qualification. A detailed understanding of training and competence standards as laid down by Awarding Bodies is desirable. The role will encompass administrative support of our approved centre, including the co-ordination of both assessor and internal verifier activity and an in-house training programme.
